Boarding

What to expect:

• 🐾 Medical-style boarding (not daycare)

• 🐾 Medications and special diets accomodated
• 🐾 We recommend making holiday reservations ahead of time
• 🐾 Boarding drop off and pick up is available Monday - Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM. Saturday drop off and pick up is from 8AM - 11:30AM.
• 🐾 There is NO late or Sunday drop off/pick up available at this time.
• 🐾 We can only board animals who can be handled safely by our staff.
• 🐾 New client boarders will need to pre-pay at drop off.
• 🐾 Established boarding clients are required to pay at pick up.

What to bring

• 🐾 You can bring small toys and something that smells like home to make your pet feel more comfortable. (We do not currently have the ability to launder soiled bedding). We can provide your pet with bedding if you do not bring it.
• 🐾 We will provide bowls, and can feed our kennel food (Hill's Sensitive Skin & Stomach dry food) at no extra cost.
• 🐾 If your pet requires a prescription diet that we carry, and you do not bring it we will charge for any bag/cans used while your pet stays with us.
• 🐾 If your pet is on medication and you do not bring it, we will refill it at your cost.

Add Ons

🛁 Grooming at the end of boarding is not automatically scheduled, but can be added upon request if there are grooming slots available. These services are NOT complimentary.

You will need to request this when you call to schedule, or when you drop off your pet.

If you request for your pet to get a grooming service before pick up, you should expect to pick up any time afer 12PM.
